Friday Finds – family budget meetings, a marriage challenge and 7 energy-boosting tips

Friday FindsJust another neatly-wrapped round-up of some of my favorite things this week.  Wishing you happy reading and a fantastic weekend!

  • Family finances is a common sore spot for plenty of couples.  But it doesn’t have to be.  Jessica over at Life as Mom explains how setting aside a little time each month for Regular Money Meetings can really help release monetary tension.
  • Ladies, Courtney at Women Living Well is hosting a month-long Be My Valentine challenge.  Week 1 focuses on complimenting your spouse.  Like more than once.  Every day.  Stumped?  Not to worry; Courtney provides lots of creative, fun ideas.  It’s a great way to spoil him and to reflect on all the reasons why you love him.
  • Finally, if you’re going to be doing all this financial and marriage-strengthening stuff, you’re going to need more energy.  With that in mind, the good people at Pick the Brain give us 7 Simple Steps to Boost Your Energy Levels.  PTB has long been a favorite of mine, and this post doesn’t disappoint.  The comments are good, too.

That’s it – see you next week!
